Several sessions of introspection and deep contemplation results into the answer which is hidden in the last question itself. And coincidentally the final result that comes through this analysis is in direct synchronization with one of the lines of the holy GEETA.
Here introspection and contemplation means factual quantitative analysis of various aspects which are related to lead us to the point of success in our lives. And this detailed analysis of mine I can summarize briefly under two headings:
- first those points which we can control and second
- uncontrollable points
1. WITH ONE EYE FIXED ON THE GOAL ONLY ONE REMAINS TO GUIDE YOU ALONG THE JOURNEY
This is the point that we should always keep in our mind. While working for a specific goal sometimes we forget to work because we are busy looking at the Goal itself. It does not mean that we should not dream about what we are going to achieve. We ought to dream about our goal because that gives us energy and passion for persevere. But an equilibrium should be maintained.
2.CONTINUOUS FOCUS FOR THE WHOLE JOURNEY TO THE SUCCESS
This is really a tough part specially for students. Several breaks and disparities come in our way and ignoring all these situations and leading towards guided path is not an easy task. But success is not for those who like easy tasks.
3.CONSTANT INSPIRATION AND PASSION FOR THE GOAL
This is an important point which makes us able to achieve our second point. We should always choose a goal about which we are naturally passionate. Secondly we should search for examples in specific field which could act as a constant source of inspiration for us.
4. SELF GUIDANCE AND CONTROL
You are the best person to know about yourself . So try and be your own guide. You make yourself capable enough to depend on your own.You always know when you are deviating from your focus but you always deny that. So try to be your own controller with the help of your inner voice which you are constantly ignoring.
5. OPTIMISM AND POSITIVE THINKING
These are the two tools which if accompanied with hard-work are definitely going to help you beyond your limits. As it is a well known fact that your thoughts affect you and your surrounding to a great extent.
Patience is required all along the journey but it is mainly important for dealing with the uncontrollable points.
These points include which are beyond our control. Some of us call it luck or fate.
It does not mean that these uncontrollable things always affect you negatively. Many times they produce positive outcomes.
Like the writer of a very famous book called "The Name of The Roses" said in an interview that the success of his book is not only because of his good writing but it is also due to the time of its publishing. He also said that if this book have been published few years before or after, then it might not have gained such a popularity. Here in this example the uncontrollable things gave him a lot help.
But every time everyone is not that much fortunate. So we should be prepared to face any situation despite of being fully prepared. And yet we should not leave the company of optimism because you may be the next one to achieve that goal which today you can only dream of.
''SUCCESS IS A JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION".
So the real thing is that we have to work for another goal even after we get the current goal.
Hence we should heed upon "how are we working". We should try for perfection in our work.
Because according to GEETA , only KARM(work-duties) is in our hands not the FAL(result).
We should cherish our KARM (work-duties) as these come under controllable section and should not care about results as they are in uncontrollable section.
